The difference between a player being on the team and being a contributor to the team is skill level. We train football players in the actual skills they need for the position they play. We also train general skills needed for the sport. Footwork, speed, quickness, agility, conditioning are all covered in our Level I sessions. Position specific and scenario skills training is covered in our level II sessions.
Basketball involves a lot of repetitive movements with the body. We not only train players how to move with the ball, we train them how to move without the ball. Our level I sessions cover form running, lateral movement, footwork, agility, speed, quickness and vertical leaping ability. Our level II sessions cover ball handling, shooting, passing and defensive skills. This will also include scenario training with post moves and guard moves.
Whether the athlete runs track for their school or an AAU Track Club, there are strategies and skills for every event. Our Track and field training includes general skills training and also event specific training. Our event training includes: 100m, 200m, 400m, boys and girls hurdle races, Long Jump, Triple Jump and High Jump.
